Service Definitions
Bike Fitting
Before your first ride: saddle height and fore/aft positioning, stem and handlebar positioning (length and height), handlebar rotation, lever and shifter positioning and set-up, grip comfort, dropper post sizing and set up, pedal and cleat set-up, tire pressure, suspension pressure and compression/rebound settings including volume spacers if needed, bicycle operation and maintenance advice.
Bike Set Up
Before your first ride: handlebar width and height, stem length, lever and shifter placement, saddle height and fore/aft positioning.
New Bike Tune and Safety Check
After 10-15 hours of riding: check and adjust controls, bolts, and cable tension as needed, adjust bike set up as needed.
First Annual Tune Up
Within 12 months of purchase: full Basic Tune Up package and safety check including but not limited to adjusting shifting and braking systems, adjusting hubs and headset, inspecting frame and parts for wear and damage, inspecting tires, frame clean and polish.
