The Chamber Mid has all the casual, gravity-oriented styling from Giro’s Chamber, but with a taller mid-top ankle. Once you slip your foot into the supportive internal bootie, you’ll love the glove-like fit that also keeps pesky trail debris out. A stiff, protective, internal shank is clipless-pedal compatible, so you can hammer out of corners and keep your feet on the pedals when the terrain gets seriously rowdy. For additional grip, tacky Vibram soles stick confidently in all conditions, for plenty of control even when you’re unclipped. Plus, the Poron XRD heel cups absorb heavy impacts and cushion when hiking back up.
